Billing/Patient Accounts Manager
The Billing/Patient Accounts Manager oversees and executes day-to-day patient accounting operations, including contracting, credentialing, coding, billing, and collections activities associated with the provision of adult and pediatric primary medical, behavioral, and dental services. The Billing/Patient Accounts Manager is also a key contributor to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the practice management platform within the electronic health records (EHR) system. The Billing/Patient Accounts Manager works under the direction of the Director of Finance and in close collaboration with the Patient Services and Accounting teams, among other key stakeholders, with the goal of maximizing patient service revenue while providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.
The Accounting Clerk performs day-to-day tasks that support the proper accounting and reporting of health center activities, in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, and guidance. The primary focus of the Accounting Clerk will be accounts payable and related functions, though contributions to additional accounting department workflows (i.e. non-patient accounts receivable, cash receipts and treasury, etc.) will be expected upon the proficiency of initially assigned A/P responsibilities.

The Medical Assistant is responsible for performing routine administrative and patient care supportive duties to assist medical and nursing staff in the examination and treatment of patients under the supervision of management and clinical staff while displaying compassion, a heart for ministry, and a Christian attitude.
Patient Services Representative I
Under supervision of the Patient Services Manager, the Patient Services Representative 1 is responsible for coordinating patient reception – including check-in, acceptance of payment, and related information gathering – and many kinds of communication with and among various clinical and administrative staff to ensure that each patient’s experience at CCHSA is positive while applicable policies and procedures are followed.
Note: Applicants for this position must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
Clinical Facilitator – Pediatrics
Under the direction of the Referral Manager with collaboration with the Clinical Lead, the Clinical Facilitator’s primary responsibility will be receiving and processing medical records by filing patient health information in the electronic medical record, distributing faxes to proper individuals, scanning documents and clearing the fax inbox daily.
Care Team Nurse – Adult
The Care Team Nurse (LPN/RN) works within a Care Team to provide Nurse Visits, Triage, Case Management, patient education, and patient care support to the Care Team within the scope of nursing.
