Under the supervision of the Dental Director, the Patient Services Representative is responsible for all aspects of the scheduling and front desk operations. The Representative facilitates the smooth transit of patients through the dental practice and provides a range of critical tasks that support an efficient, effective and financially sustainable dental program. He/she participates in the ongoing evaluation of dental operations to assure the delivery of high-quality services that supports the financial sustainability of the program. Patient Services Representative I

Under supervision of the Patient Services Manager, the Patient Services Representative 1 is responsible for coordinating patient reception – including check-in, acceptance of payment, and related information gathering – and many kinds of communication with and among various clinical and administrative staff to ensure that each patient’s experience at CCHSA is positive while applicable policies and procedures are followed.
