Christ Community Health is seeking a passionate Human Resources professional with at least 5 years of experience to fill a newly redefined HR Manager role. With the opportunity to make this position his/her own, this person should be a self-starter who can think strategically, communicate the big picture, and manage the specifics of policies while effectively coordinating day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to cast vision, build consensus, execute priorities, and foster teamwork in an interdisciplinary setting. Primary care providers in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Pediatrics (full-time)
Must be able to manage complex medical issues in highly uninsured, low-resource, populations. Ability and willingness to provide inpatient care is desired. Long-term commitment to community, teaching, and discipling valued. Willingness to live in neighborhood served is valued. Must fully embrace our Mission and Vision. Opportunity for HIV disease management and program development for prenatal care primarily for Spanish speakers.
